Live-in Care and Home Adaptions: Neil Wallace

Did you know that 58% of people in England would be devastated if they had to move out of their homes? At The Good Care Group, ensuring people of all ages stay in the place they feel most comfortable and independent is our top priority.

Neil Wallace client and carer

One of our clients, Neil, who is living with cerebral palsy, currently receives live-in care from our professional carers. Neil shares his perspective on the importance of government funding for home adaptations and the significant difference being cared for at home has made to his life.

With live-in care, Neil is able to have access to his garden and continue his volunteering work. However, he also highlights the importance of government funding for home adaptations, enabling those living with disabilities to have a better quality of life.

You can read more in Neil’s story and learn more about the impact of live-in care in AT Today.
